Our advice with drums and buying drums for sale, is at the budget end of the market it is about getting going and playing. The tone of the drum for sale will be something that you get into later on. Like most things in life the more money the better the drum for sale. That said all the greats started with not very good kits. Ringo started with just a bass drum !
As you mature as a player you will naturally lean towards better kit and better drum kit for you. Think about it for a minute, the kit that chilli peppers drummer chad smith uses may be similar to say to the foo fighters taylor hawkins, but is this going to be the right kit for BB Kings drummer Tony Coleman. The drums they use have a different need etc.
